A peer-to-peer marketplace built exclusively for college students — buy, sell, and swap campus essentials without leaving campus.
College students face a constant cycle of buying and selling textbooks, dorm furniture, electronics, and clothing — but existing platforms like Facebook Marketplace and eBay aren't built for campus life. U-Swap was designed from the ground up for the college experience: fast listings, campus-local transactions, and a community that understands student needs.
Students waste time and money on platforms not designed for campus-scale buying and selling, with no trust layer for peer transactions.
Build a focused, campus-first reselling experience that feels familiar, trustworthy, and fast to use between classes.
Co-led product direction and UX design. Owned the Home Page and Search Page wireframes across all three fidelity levels.
Full wireframe system across 5 screens with consistent visual language, brand identity, and interactive prototype.
Each screen went through three rounds of design — starting with hand-drawn lo-fi sketches to nail down structure, mid-fidelity grayscale wireframes to establish layout and hierarchy, then full-color high-fidelity mockups with real content and branding.
Each team member owned a specific screen through all three fidelity levels, ensuring consistent design thinking across the full product.
